MAR 310 - Customer Relationship Management for Small Businesses This course teaches students how to build, maintain, and grow loyal customer relationships in small businesses. Topics covered include relationship selling, the sales process, effective communication, managing sales territories and teams, ethical considerations, practical exercises, and case studies. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to create and implement customer-centric strategies that drive growth and success in small businesses
