ART 417 - Papermaking III Papermaking III is an advancement of technique, skill, and conceptual maturity learned in Papermaking II. In addition to the exploration of the cooking, beating, and sheet forming of fiber into paper, students will explore the use of paper as an artist’s medium. This course will also involve a critical analysis of works of art and books using handmade paper and a comparative study of paper made from assorted fibers, historical and modern.
