MAN 321 - Small Business Operations This course offers a comprehensive understanding of small business operations and how to manage them effectively on a daily basis. Topics covered include production, inventory management, quality control, customer service, logistics, financial management, human resource management, and more. Through practical exercises and case studies, students will gain hands-on experience in maximizing efficiency and profitability while navigating the challenges of a competitive business environment. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to manage small business operations effectively and contribute to their long-term success.
