BUS 221 - Legal Issues in Small Business Legal Issues in Small Business is a comprehensive course that provides students with an understanding of the legal aspects of starting, operating, and managing a small business. The course covers topics such as business structures, contracts, intellectual property, and liability. Students will learn about small business owners’ legal requirements and responsibilities and how to identify and manage legal risks that can affect business operations.
Prerequisites: ENG 101 and BUS 111
