The Associate of Arts - Liberal Studies provides nine areas of specialization:

Aquaculture
Creative Writing
Digital Media Production
Marine Biology
Mental Health & Rehabilitation
Music (Currently Suspended)
Psychology
Visual Arts

The Associate in Science degree provides two areas of specialization:

Associate of Science - Conservation Law and Outdoor Management
Associate of Science -Small Business Management

The programs of study emphasize liberal arts as well as professional studies. In addition, the curricula facilitate transition to UMM’s baccalaureate programs for those students who desire to further their studies or seek higher credentials.
