ECO 446 - Urban Economics


This course explores the economic dynamics of cities, examining the challenges and opportunities that arise in urban settings. We will combine economic theory with real-world applications to understand the relationships between individuals, firms, and government. You will gain insight into the forces shaping urban development, the allocation of resources, and the impact of policies on the economic vitality of cities. Prerequisites: C- or better in ECO 220 or permission. ECO 446 cannot be taken for credit after passing ECO 370 with the topic of Urban Economics.
