FSN 150 - Play with your food Explore the world of food from the mindset of a food enthusiast and a scientist. Students will be able to get a taste of diverse topics around food and food science by investigating a different theme each week. Each class, students will anticipate outcomes of the lab activity and conclude with the observations of their results.
Course Note: This course is designed for first year students and returning sophomores. All students participate in seven two-hour academic lab classes during the first half of the fall semester. First year students are required to participate in the RLE bridge week before the start of the semester. This is optional for sophomores.
Prerequisites: First-year or sophomore standing.
