EES 390 - Junior Seminar Exposes students to emerging issues in Ecology and Environmental Sciences through weekly attendance of existing seminars across a variety of academic units at UMaine. Focuses on the meaning of interdisciplinary work and how discipline-diverse approaches aid in solving complex environmental problems. Develops skills for career development, such as professional and public presentations, job search skills, and career planning. Provides experiences with a variety of academic cultures and professionals.
