EHD 202 - Education in a Multicultural Society An interdisciplinary and multicultural examination of the school-society relationship in the United States. Participants examine their own and others’ assumptions about multiculturalism, globalization, and the political, economic, ecological, social, ethical and academic purposes that shape teaching and learning in the twenty-first century.
Core Curriculum/Core Requirements: Cultural Diversity and International Perspectives and Writing Intensive
Prerequisites: ENG 101 or equivalent; Restricted to Elementary, Secondary, Kinesiology & Physical Education Teaching/Coaching and Outdoor Leadership, Child Development and Family Relations-Early Childhood, Art & Music Education majors or education minor
