CMJ 102 - Communication for Resilience and Connection How do we navigate conflict, stay true to ourselves, honor difference, and create a sense of belonging all at the same time? How do we work effectively on diverse teams? How do we present ideas with impact and cultural relevance? These are the central big questions you will have a chance to explore in this class through the lenses of interpersonal communication theories and case studies. This class is not about “the one right answer” to these questions; rather it is about developing your competencies to find an appropriate answer for yourself in a given context, as well as growing your confidence to follow through. Participation in research to a maximum of 3 hours is expected.
