BEN 452 - Biological and Medical Image Analysis II Advanced computational analysis of imaging data from biological and medical contexts. Math and physics-based algorithmic development and programming centered on scripting languages such as ImageJ/Fiji and R. Development of a term project. In consultation with the instructor, each student will work on the computational analysis/modeling of one or more biomedical image datasets.
