FSN 104 - Science of Food Preparation Lab This lab provides experiential learning to complement topics learned in FSN 103, The Science of Food Preparation. The focus is on basic preparation skills to teach about foods and food preparation, and the relationship between structure, composition, and nutritive value of foods.
Course Note: FSN 103 can either be taken concurrently with FSN 104 or as a prerequisite to FSN 104.
