NUR 457 - Professional Nursing Practice through the Lifespan Laborabory This course synthesizes the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of professional nursing practice at the baccalaureate level in a laboratory and/or simulation setting. Emphasis is on the multi-faceted role of the professional nurse in the provision of care across the health-illness continuum throughout the lifespan. Content is designed to assist students in assessing complex patient care needs during transitions in care settings as a vital member of the inter-professional team in a simulated setting.
