NUR 456 - Professional Practice Through the Lifespan This course synthesizes the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of professional nursing practice at the baccalaureate level. Emphasis is on the multi-faceted role of the professional nurse in the provision of care across the health-illness continuum throughout the lifespan. Content is designed to assist students to assess complex patient care needs during transitions in care settings as a vital member of the inter-professional team. Standardized testing, practice questions, and a review session will be incorporated to help prepare students for licensure exam.
