MGT 326 - Organizational Behavior Examines the behavior of individuals, groups and organizations. Applies a managerial perspective that considers organizational effectiveness, careers and job satisfaction. Topics include diversity, motivation, organizational communication, team processes and structure, leadership, organizational design, culture and change.
General Education Requirements:
Prerequisites: Junior Standing, a grade of C- or better in MGT 325 and in PSY 100.
