MAN 318 - Human Behavior in Organizations The interaction of formal organization structure with the human intellect and personality, which includes studying cultural diversity as it pertains to human behavior in organizations. The course is designed to enable the student to understand and examine important characteristics of an organization. The concepts enable the student to analyze, understand, predict and influence human behavior in that organization, thus creating a personal tool that will help increase personal effectiveness and achievement.
