CHE 460 - Biochemical Engineering Application of chemical engineering principles to systems utilizing microorganisms, tissue culture and enzymes for processing. Applications to food, pharmaceutical and fermentation industries will be discussed. No previous background in biological sciences required.
Prerequisites: BEN 202 or CHE 368 or permission.
