NUR 335 - Care of Adults III Clinical This course continues to extend the student’s understanding of the professional nursing role through the direct care of adults with chronic and complex health concerns in a variety of clinical settings. Students apply knowledge, skills and attitudes gained from the sciences, humanities, and previous and concurrent nursing courses to provide high quality care to adults based on standards of practice and current evidence. Students provide complex, high quality, safe patient care to acutely ill adults through the application of theoretical knowledge and clinical reasoning in a variety of settings.
NOTE: This course is intended for students in the School of Nursing with Junior standing and successful completion, with a grade of at least a C in NUR 301 and 316. NUR 334 should be taken as a Co-requisite.
