NAV 302 - Navigation and Naval Operations II Study of relative motion, vector-analysis theory, formation tactics and ship employment. Also included are introductions to naval operations and operations analysis, ship behavior and characteristics in maneuvering, applied aspects of shiphandling, afloat communications, and command and control. Supplemented with a review/analysis of case studies involving moral/ethical/leadership issues pertaining to the concepts listed above.
Prerequisites: NAV 301 and permission of instructor.
