OVERVIEW OF DEGREE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum number of credits required to graduate: 120

Minimum Cumulative GPA required to graduate: 2.0

The Elementary Education major is inter-disciplinary and prepares students to understand young learners while teaching in single or multi-grade classrooms. Students complete the University ; program Liberal Arts requirements, the professional requirements; and a concentration in English & Language Arts, Environmental Literacy, Community-Engaged Learning, Marine Biology or Special Education.
