CRJ 328 - White-Collar Crime


This course examines white-collar crime within the context of the criminal justice system, focusing on its impact on victims, society, and institutions. Topics include the historical evolution of white-collar crime, key theories, offender profiles, victimization patterns, and societal responses through law, policy, and enforcement.

Prerequisites: CRJ 114 or SOC 101; Junior or Senior standing; or with permission
