AVS 270 - Winter Dairy Travel Course An extended travel course to various dairy farms, processing plants, agricultural facilities, and research centers in a designated region each year. Students will travel and engage in discussion with peers and instructors from various New England land grant institutions. This is a one-week travel course that takes place over the Winter term with additional assignments to be completed upon return.
Prerequisites: Department consent
