DAN 206 - Beginner Hip Hop


This course aims to offer the student a greater understanding of Hip Hop Dance and its integrity as an art form. Students will gain a physical and cognitive understanding of body coordination, rhythm, and musicality. Students will also be introduced to the historical context of Hip Hop, which includes the development of its culture and music along with the dance.  This course may be repeated two times for a total of 4 credits.
