CRJ 322 - Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure This course examines criminal law and criminal procedures in the United States. Topics will include the elements of criminal law; the elements of crimes against the person, crimes against property, and crimes against the public; legal defenses to charges of criminal misconduct; and the rules of criminal procedure from search and arrest through trial and sentencing.
Prerequisites: CRJ 114 and CRJ 214
