ANT 414 - Ethics in Archaeology This course explores the complex world of archaeological and anthropological ethics, primarily in North America. Through the assigned readings, writing assignments, and class discussions, we will examine the following themes: the relationship between archaeologists and the native people they study, the role of science in interpreting the past, and the ethics of archaeological study, collecting, and museum exhibition.
