MSE 370 - Introduction to Museum Education

Students will explore how museums function as educational institutions, including issues relating to the cultural, historical and political contexts of museums and museum practice. Includes a critical examination and exploration of the theories and practices of museum education, as well as hands-on experiences in an art museum setting.
