SVT 326 - Record Research

Covers the location of property records, general procedure for locating relevant records, differences between title and boundary research, overcoming typical problems in research, the preparation of title abstracts and research reports and the use and limitations of research. Throughout the course, students will be presented with a combination of practical exercises, explanation and discussion. Students who have taken SVT 221 cannot enroll in this course. Web-based.
