FSN 236 - Introduction to Food Safety and Food Processing Sanitation Students will learn basic food safety and sanitation concepts applied to food processing facilities. This course provides students with the knowledge and hands-on skills to create and implement a basic sanitation program for a food processing facility. The course focuses on good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs).
