KPE 400 - General Medical Conditions and Disabilities in Sport Offers an overview of general medical topics designed to meet the needs of advanced athletic training students for recognizing and managing medical conditions and disabilities of the physically active. The student will become competent in screening, treating and referring the athlete appropriately for significant medical problems. Structured by body systems combining didactic teachings with practicums.

Prerequisites: ATR or KPE major or permission of Athletic Training Education Director.
