POS 484 - The American Constitution and Criminal Due Process Examines the development of supreme Court doctrines governing the jurisprudence of constitutional rights afforded the criminally accused. Areas examined include the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th amendments to the Constituition and their applicability to the states via the 14th amendment.
