Covers legal structure, business entities, agency, mechanics liens, torts, bonding, contract administration, contracts, contract formation, contract codification, liability, indemnification, warranties, remedies, damages, the uniform commercial code, alternate dispute resolution, international law, legal research, and land use restrictions.
