New England Regional Student Program**

Qualified New England residents are given preferred consideration at other state institutions in degree programs unavailable in their home state. Students are
charged in-state tuition plus a 50 percent surcharge. Residents of states marked with an “X” are eligible for the RSP tuition break at The University of Maine in the programs listed below.
