MGT 325 - Principles of Management and Organization An introduction to the systems of management in business enterprises for both domestic and international organizations. The focus is on concepts, methods, and techniques of planning, organizing, directing, leading, and controlling the functions of the modern manager, and the impact of these processes upon effective interpersonal relations. The course incorporates the environmental, social and governance (ESG) framework to introduce the principles of global intercultural competencies.
General Education Requirements:
Prerequisites: A grade of C- or better in ECO 120 and in PSY 100 and Sophomore Standing.
