BUS 325 - Business Ethics & Social Responsibility This upper-level course gives the student a thorough introduction to important ethical issues that arise in the world of business, including the analysis of interests of all the individuals who hold a stake in the outcome of any business dilemma or decision. The course encourages students to open their minds to the variety of opinions on any given ethical issue. The results of this approach will be to help ensure that all stakeholder perspectives are considered. The course emphasizes the application of traditional ethical theories to modern decision-making. Finally, major emphasis will be placed on how and why ethical business behavior varies among countries and cultures.

Prerequisites: Junior status or permission of instructor.
