NUR 335 - Clinical Adult Nursing Management Students provide direct care to patients with acute and chronic complex health problems with emphasis on major life-threatening illnesses. Functional health patterns provide the basis for course organization. The role of the nurse in health promotion, illness management, independent and collaborative decision making, and professional issues encountered in practice are implemented under the direction of faculty in the acute care setting.
Prerequisites: NUR 440 or NUR 441 or concurrently. Senior standing in the School of Nursing.
