NAS 270 - Gender in Native American Cultures This course explores the concept of gender in indigenous communities of North America. Course materials will explore historical and contemporary perspectives of gender and sexual orientation to better understand how Native communities define and practice gender. NAS 101 or WGS 101 is a recommended prerequisite. (WGS 270 and NAS 270 are identical courses.)
