PSE 312 - Sustainable Food Systems: Challenges and Opportunities Students will read about, and discuss various aspects of our food system: what makes up a food system, how agriculture influences a food system, agricultural history, agricultural efficiencies, threats to a sustainable food system, genetic engineering, and human values and food.
Prerequisites: PSE 105 or permission
