PAA 520 - Public Policy Studies Reviews policy process and examines approaches to public policy analysis such as positivist-rational, political-incremental, and post-positivist approaches. Examines use of tools such as cost-benefit analysis and political factors affecting policymaking. Students complete a research project making policy recommendations. (Not offered every year.)
Prerequisites: Graduate Standing or permission.
