BIO 315 - Principles of Biotechnology


Fundamentals of recombinant DNA technology and its application in genetic analysis and manipulation of microorganisms, plants and animals. Provides a general overview of the methodologies used in biotechnological research and their practical applications in agriculture, environmental management, forensic science, and medicine. Lec 3.
