PSE 110 - Introduction to Horticulture Students will understand the science of growing plants. They will apply botany and soil science to produce horticulture crops. Students will work independently on hands-on projects to apply basic science principles in order to understand horticultural concepts including fruit and leaf morphology, seed germination, and plant growth.
