PHI 346 - The Philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi With a major focus on Gandhi’s ethics as the basis of his philosophy and religion, this course uses writings by Gandhi and Gandhi’s scholars to examine his philosophy of truth and nonviolence, nonviolent activism, social and political philosophy, religious philosophy, multiculturalism and unity with a respect for diversity.
General Education Requirements: Ethics, Cultural Diversity and International Perspectives, and Writing Intensive
