FSN 482 - Food Chemistry

Study of the composition, structure, and properties of foods and chemical changes occurring during processing and utilization. Lec 3. FSN 482 and FSN 580 cannot both be taken for credit.

Prerequisites: BMB 322 or BMB 360 or CHY 252
