EHD 202 - Education in a Multicultural Society An interdisciplinary and multicultural examination of the school-society relationship in the United States. Participants examine their own and others’ assumptions about multiculturalism, globalization, and the political, economic, ecological, social, ethical and academic purposes that shape teaching and learning in the twenty-first century.
General Education Requirements: Cultural Diversity and International Perspectives and Writing Intensive
Prerequisites: ENG 101 or equivalent. Restricted to Elementary, Secondary, Kinesiology and Physical Education Teaching/Coaching, Child Development and Family Relations for Early Childhood, Art and Music Education majors only or Education minors only.
