NUR 301 - Care of Adults II Presents scientific knowledge as the basis for professional practice of nursing. Functional health patterns are the basis of course organization. Students demonstrate psychomotor skills in the learning resource laboratory and begin clinical application of the nursing process in varied inpatient settings. A clinical case study approach is used to foster acquisition of critical thinking and professional role skills. Lec 3, Lab 3, Clin 6.
Prerequisites: NUR 201, NUR 300. Junior standing in the School of Nursing.
Corequisites: NUR 404 and PSY 212
