ECE 444 - Analog Integrated Circuits Considers topics in the internal circuit design and system applications of analog integrated circuits. Concerns addressed include temperature and power supply sensitivity, gain, bandwith, stability and I/O characteristics. Specific topics include current sources, differential amplifiers, level shifters, op-amps, regulators and phase-locked loops. Lec 3. (Spring.)
Prerequisites: ECE 314 and ECE 343.
