CHE 479 - Process Design Projects Application of chemical engineering principles to the solution of complex, open-ended, design problems involving feasibility, analysis, design and optimization of chemical processes. Review of methods for estimating thermodynamic and transport properties required in process design. Emphasis on oral and written communications and working in small design groups.
Satisfies the General Education Capstone Experience Requirement and together with CHB 111, CHE 477 and CHB 493 Satisfies the General Education Ethics Requirement. Rec 1, Lab 3. (Spring.)
