PHI 343 - Marxist Philosophy II: Twentieth-Century Marxist Philosophy


An examination of major works in twentieth-century Marxist philosophy. Emphasized are the writings of Lenin, Luxemburg, Lukacs, Trotsky, Mao, Gramsci, Sartre, Habermas, and socialist feminists.

Satisfies the General Education Ethics, Western Cultural Tradition, Cultural Diversity and International Perspectives and Writing Intensive Requirements.
